50µm 양면 반투명 부직포 테이프
Product description
tesa® 8853은 뛰어난 내열성의 특수 변성 아크릴 테이프가 들어가, 연성회로기판(FPC) 마운팅 용도로 이상적인 제품입니다.
본 제품의 아크릴 점착제는 최대 260°C까지의 내열성을 보입니다. 매우 간편한 극박 부직포 기재가 들어가, 모서리가 들뜨지 않고 컨버팅 성능이 우수합니다. 내열성 글라신 이형지가 들어가 납땜 리플로우 공정 후에도 잔사 없이 쉽게 박리됩니다.
tesa® 8853의 주요 특성:
- 납땜 리플로우 공정 후에도 안정적인 유지력과 박리력을 유지함
- 높은 인장 강도와 우수한 저반발성
