Product description
tesa® 8857은 뛰어나 내열 성능을 가진 특수 변성 아크릴 테이프가 들어가 연성회로기판(FPC) 마운팅 용도로 이상적인 제품입니다.
아크릴 점착제가 들어가 최대 260°C 까지의 뛰어난 내열성을 보입니다. 매우 간편한 극박 부직포 기재와 내열성이 뛰어난 박리 라이너가 들어가서, 리플로우 오븐 공정 후에도 이형지가 부서지지 않고 잔사 없이 쉽게 박리됩니다.
tesa® 8857의 주요 특성:
- 내열성이 우수하여 납땜 리플로우 공정 후에도 유지력과 박리력이 안정적임
- 높은 인장 강도와 우수한 저반발성
- 특수 기재가 들어가 다이커팅 특성이 뛰어나며 Oozing이 매우 낮음
